It's About Time...: Granny's Birthday Bash Pictures

Online name explained: "CVO" is the airport code for my local airport, and I"m "Christi". I am an outdoor girl. I love riding my mt. bike, kayaking, golf, doing any kind of art, gardening and CrossFit. I've recently taken up cooking so that I can eat foods that are good for my body and health. I use Paleo cooking as my base and adjust foods to fit my specific food sensitivities. I'm working towards eating gluten free. I am not there yet, this is a huge learning experience as I figure out what I can eat and how to live.
